Our price includes all of the work needed to sell or buy your home. If you are buying this includes registration at the Land Registry and if applicable, dealing with payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.

The time taken to complete the sale or purchase of your home depends on several things. The current national average is 2-3 months if there is no chain but it may take longer if there are a number of parties in the chain.

We aim to keep you informed and Linda can always be contacted by email or phone if you wish to discuss your transaction. Obviously all cases are different and we will try our best to inform you as soon as we become aware of any issue that might have an impact on the quoted fee.
